Now don't mistake these for the " 7 Deadly Sins"! I came across the "7 Relational Taboos" that could help us understand how to communicate within our relationships. Try to recognize the taboos in your relationship and then use the knowledge of them to strengthen your relationship. Some taboos my always remain taboo in your relationship and some could possibly be exstinguished by talking about them.
Seven Relational Taboos
1. State of the Relationship: Explicit discussion about where it’s going, where it is, and so on.
2. Extra-Relationship Activity: Work, friends, organizations. It is a sense of COMPETITION.
3. Relationship Norms: Explicit discussion of RULES and EXPECTATIONS for each other. These expectations come out when violated, however were they discussed initially? Example, tell your partner “Do not cheat.”
4. Prior Relationships: Concerning quality and quantity, sexually and non-sexually. Also, regarding specific sexual episodes and/or experiences.
5. Conflict-Inducing Topics: Issues in the relationship that will cause tension, we tend to avoid.
6. Negatively-Valence Self-Disclosures: Protect person and/or the partner. People just don’t always share. We tend to share just positives.
7. Other: Anthing else that you don't bring up with your partner

Not Your Typical Love Triangle
This is an awesome Love Theory by Robert Sternberg. I was first introduced to Sternberg's Triangle of Love about 3 years ago and I can't stop sharing it! I hope that you can find this useful in your life.
Homework Time
- Visualize your "Triangle".
- Which component of love is most important and least important to you?
- And No, you can't have all equal sides.
Questions to Think About
- What does your partner's triangle look like?
- What does this mean for your relationship?
Points to Take Away
- The most important thing is to recognize each others' "Triangle"
- Components can be devoloped, dropped-off, and/or re-appear
